RETURN & SALES POLICY

As an industry wide policy, we do not accept returns on firearms, optics or ammunition. If needed, we will assist where possible with manufacturer warranty.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item (with the exception of firearms, ammunition and optics) we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
 
Return /Refund /Cancellation Policy
•    Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days of receipt of item for online orders.
•    Returns are only accepted if products remain in their original, unopened packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund. We highly recommend you look over your items when they are delivered to make sure they meet your expectations before opening the packaging.
•    Clothing items must be unworn with all the original hang tags still attached.
•    Partial store credit may be issued if the product is returned in used condition or if not returned with the original packaging.
•    Sale items are final and cannot be returned .

•    Cardston Outdoor Supply does not credit shipping costs unless it is our mistake.
•    Refunds on cancelled orders will be charged the credit card processing fees associated with the order as well as a restocking fee.
•    Please note that a restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returned orders.

**All sales are final on Clearance products. These items are non-refundable**

 

How To Return Or Exchange An Item
•    Contact us to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).  
•    You must clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
•    Pack returned item with the original packing and ship via Canada Post with insurance for the full value and a tracking number.
•    Please give an explanation for your return. Return/send to the address indicated on the form, with your return address shown on the outside of the package
•    If you are a US customer please send returns with USPS (not UPS) to avoid brokerage fees at the border
